Good morning dearest.
Knowing what each day of the week is all about you will be able to make the best out of it in your practice and every day life! Each has its own unique energy, which means that certain things are favoured while others are advised against. We have the Planets too, of course, that influence the vibration of the Days and therefore it does influence us. Never forget! Each day has been named from the Gods and Goddesses of the Old Pagan Religion.. which makes me wonder.. which Deity is associated with Monday? Let’s find out together!
Monday’s Magic!
Monday is the Day associated with the Moon which makes this day a bit more moody than the others.. After all we do associate the Moon with women’s monthly circle so with that been said, let us take for example the Tarot Card named Moon and what it means when it comes up in our readings.
When we see the moon card we immediately think about emotions, sensitivity, secrets even or some kind of truth thats about to be revealed, inner knowledge and esotericism, shadow work or the dark night of the soul. In other words.. spirituality at its finest!
Monday, just like its card, has magic in it, fairy dust to sparkle on out dreams and goals, even the ones we think that could never come true. It is also the day of truth and honest, deeper questions can now be answered with the simplest answers you can think of which gets us thinking ‘How on Earth did I not see it sooner?’
You ever wondered why you have way more energy after dark on Mondays? It is because of its connection with the Moon.. it makes you think deeper, move slower, analyse and sometimes overthink which might sound like a wrong think to do, but it did help me more times than I can count so yes, I feel like it’s not that much of an issue to overthink from time to time.
On Monday you can regulate your emotions in order for you to start your week with the right amount of focus and determination as well as safety, otherwise we wouldn’t need to make plans at all. Now, I need you to be present to the moment and to allow all emotions, the good and the not so good, to flow within you till they find their way back to the Divine Forces.
Listen to your worries and fears, your insecurities and pessimism. Listen to your happiness and your inner child who wants to risk, the version of you who smiles because of how beautiful the sound of the waves is, or the rustling of the leaves above.
Keep close to you whatever feeling you carry within, no matter the nature of the feeling. Sit with it, talk with it, ask about its roots and the reason it came up, what it needs to teach you and what triggered it so much. You see, dearest, as we know from our sessions together, these feelings are teachers. Especially the uncomfortable feelings.. they are your greatest protectors and most fierceful warriors. Why?
Think about it for a second. When they come up it is because they think that you are in danger and that’s when triggers happen. When your mind connects the dots and it comes to the realisation that you need to remember what happened the previous time that you were again facing something very similar to your current situation.
Sounds simple. Trust me when I say, it is not that simple.. it is tricky and this is why it is necessary and so so so important to practice on. Once you tame your mind by acknowledging and understanding your feelings, you will have the upper hand to every single situation in your life. That’s the beginning of it all. By having the upper hand, you will be able to set the energy for the next day which is Tuesday.. Tuesday is about taking action.. I wonder.. after you make peace within yourself, how will you use the energy of the next day?
So let’s dive into Tuesday! The Day of Action! Read here
